Probably nothing but blow hot air out of his pie hole.
It's time America stood up to this world dictator.
We as Americans need to demand that our captives are freed immediately onto US soil. Give NK so much time, let them know there will be very severe consequences if our requests are not met.
Preferably using that tyrant as target practice.

It was a unfortunate and sad situation to say the least. And I'm thinking the only reason the North Koreans released Otto Wambier was because they realized he was near death, and they did not want him to die in NK custody. The only small satisfaction that can be dirived is that Otto was home in southern Ohio with his family when he passed. Rest in peace guy, rest in peace.

Produce a lot of bluster. But in the end do exactly what both the Trump and Obama State Departments
Have done for the past 17 months - use quiet diplomatic tactics in an attempt to obtain his release. Attempting diplomacy with a country that has no understanding of the word diplomacy. And who only released Otto when they perceived it to be in their own face saving self interest. So sad that we are witnessing a face off between two countries who each have heads of state who are mirror images of each other. Soft pudgy blowhards with bad hair cuts and limited intellects who for some strange reason have this unwavering support, indeed even worship among their followers.

Has or had already been released as to the extent and considered by experts as to duration of brain damage. Most likely inflicted some months ago and not in the days/nights just before release as issued by NK officials.
