Court rules that 4 million people can sue Mike Huckabee over robocalls promoting Christian film
pproximately 4 million people who received robocalls from former Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR) promoting the Christian holiday film “Last Ounce of Courage” are eligible to join a class action suit, the Daily Beast reported Saturday night.
Residents from Nebraska to Oklahoma received a mailer this week that reads, “If you received one or more telephone calls that used the recorded voice of Mike Huckabee to deliver a message as part of a campaign for the movie Last Ounce of Courage, you may be a class member in a class action lawsuit.”
The suit was originally filed by Dorit and Ron Golan in 2014 alleging that 4 million automated calls using Huckabee’s voice were made to promote “Last Ounce of Courage” — which was released straight to DVD and has a zero percent rating at Rotten Tomatoes, the online movie review site.
The couple’s lawsuit charges that the calls were a violation of the 1991 Telephone Consumer Protection Act, which stipulates that unsolicited messages with commercial content via telephone are illegal.
“Huckabee himself was originally listed as a defendant but was later removed from the case, according to a memorandum from United States District Judge E. Richard Webber, the person who initially determined that the Golans did not have a case,” wrote the Daily Beast’s Ben Collins and Gideon Resnick. However, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals has allowed the case to proceed.

But shift and rose are in Canada and Katie's already pretty much at the coast, so you would all be OK.
And Huckabee would be an enormous improvement over what we have now. Courts and the Constitution would prevent what you're afraid of.

Definitely better off than in a red state but the feds can still effect my pocketbook. Then there is foreign affairs.

If you're worried about foreign affairs, just don't fall in love with a guy from another country. 
And you'll likely pay less in taxes under Trump or Huckabee than Clinton, Obama or Sanders.

While Trump's campaign promise, was to cut taxes for the middle-class, and bring back coal jobs (cough) That is not what experts say will happen. He's going to take away tax deductions on homes interest, which will cause those who haven't yet paid for their homes (middle class) to pay more in taxes, seniors will pay more for healthcare
and they will be forced to pay more money out of pocket once they qualify for medicare.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what the republicans have up their sleeves it doesn't matter who's president as long as they have a R after their name.
If the american people ever elected Huckabee, i would stay put and fight him ever step of the way. That is what one does when ones freedom is in jeopardy.

Calm down a bit. Trump can't do any of that by himself, and Democrats can block it (if they want to) by using the filibuster in the Senate. Of course, you left out of your missive the fact that even Obama and key Democrats have called for elimination of the mortgage interest deduction as part of a comprehensive tax reform plan.
