Gun ownership registrations in America would only work if they included guns already in public hands.

Frankly, I doubt that there is sufficient support for anything like that - Americans can expect murders to continue at rates that are found only in third world nations.

Yobbo you do not understand how things work here.

If you sell the drugs, even the alcohol, that results in a murder or manslaughter conviction you are liable, too.

So why not if you supplied or failed to secure you gun and it use in murder you should liable, too.

So someone steals your auto, plunges it thru a crowd and kills twenty people, does your insurance pay? I asked my insurance agent, he stated AFTER Stolen and Notification received is No Longer under OUR control and is no longer insured for us or by his company save to be paid out for to the Insured Party that owned it for the theft loss. The survivors of the dead are just Crap out of luck for any money.

So then do we hold the manufacturer accountable for having a so easily stolen machine and they responsible for damages?

Where does that occur, not in Missouri.

Yeah, I'm sure you think not, but I was talking American States.

" All states have initiated some sort of liability laws that may be applied when customers of establishments that serve alcohol are involved in accidents resulting in injuries or cause injury directly to another individual. Known as “dram shop” laws, they extend liability for the injuries to the restaurant or bar in certain instances when case facts allow the establishment to be included as a co-defendant. "

In some circumstances those laws can actually extend to the package store that sold the liquor in the first place.

No, you could walk into a Missouri gun shop tell the store keeper you are the reincarnation of Hitler come to create the third reich and if you pass the background check it would be illegal for him to refuse to sell you a gun!

We call BS on that, Cooter !

Missouri's Dram Shop Law
Missouri Revised Statutes section 537-053 sets out the state's dram shop law. Under this statute, an injured person may bring a civil claim for dram shop liability against a bar, tavern, or similar establishment, if the bar or tavern served a person who was "visibly intoxicated."

The law specifies that a "visibly intoxicated" person is one who shows "significantly uncoordinated physical action or significant physical dysfunction."

So is your BS due to your ignorance, which raises questions about all that you say, or are you faking it for political objectives, because you think you can ?

Pick just one. Cooter
