So should Congress investigate Trump's attempts to obstruct justice as much they once did Benghazi ?

Just asking.

"Mueller’s report provides fresh evidence of Trump’s interference in the Russia investigation and challenges lawmakers to respond. The risks for both parties are clear if they duck the responsibility or prolong an inquiry that, rather than coming to a close, may be just beginning."

The Catch 22 is that people who believe that the POTUS can not be indicted did not do so. It is, at best, a philosophical belief as it is unsettled law, at least in real courts, but not so much in the media court of phony news.

Impeachment is useless as the jury is rigged.
The GOP Senators can not be trusted to be jurors.
They would all be eliminated from a jury pool for cause, being biased, and way too involved professionally with the defendant.
Wouldn't they ?

Everyone, am I understanding the legal nuances actually here ?

If/when Congress obtains the entire unredacted report we'll see what they do. In the meantime it's not over.

Here's a list of the VERY active investigations throughout the United States that are targeting Trump and his criminal family and friends, that we know of, so far:

✅ Southern District of New York
✅ Eastern District of New York
✅ Eastern District of Virginia
✅ United States District of Collumbia
✅ NYC District Attorney's Office
✅ New York Attorney General
✅ New Jersey Attorney General
✅ Maryland Attorney General
✅ DC Attorney General
✅ United States Office of Special Counsel
✅ FBI
✅ CIA
✅ House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence
✅ Senate Select Committee on Intelligence
✅ House Judiciary Committee
✅ House Oversight Committee
✅ House Financial Services Committee
✅ House Ways and Means Committee

Somewhere on Quora - it was an extract from an article in one of the major newspapers.

Why would YOU ask ?
Are you not aware of this reality, gopped ?
It goes to your credibility so to the value of your comments, here.

Read or at least read more about the Mueller report:
"Mueller has evidently referred to at least 14 ongoing investigations onto other prosecutors, including 12 that are redacted in the report to prevent harm to ongoing cases. "

How seriously are you to be taken, why should you not be viewed as too easily fooled by lies, if you appear to believe that it just "exonerated" Trump, done deal, because Kelly-Anne said so ?

In fairness, gopped, I do have as much faith in your credibility as I do for the rest of Trump's spokespersons.
Does that make you any feel better ?

Three are already STRUCK off the list provided, US Special Counsel, FBI and CIA so that leaves those that would be reliant on those three as to findings or data so may as well strike another half dozen.

So if the CIA, FBI and US Special Counsel could NOT find substantive evidence to make a obstructions charge what will these others find? How many MILLIONS will need to be spent to find additional NOTHING to charge him with until you all suck it up buttercups and accept He won Hillary Lost.

That and he WILL win 2020.

"Three are already STRUCK off "

So what ?
Remember the point "
"Here's a list of the VERY active investigations throughout the United States that are targeting Trump and his criminal family and friends"

What is your point, we can't win them all, like Trump thinks he should ?

So what he says BWAHAHAHAHA!!! Let me see, if the LARGEST investigational staffing in the US DOJ could NOT find enough for support of criminal charges, who actually could? Are you really that foolish to consider another entity will? BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!

Which BTW the remaining investigational departments would be RELIANT on the FBI and CIA for deeper information, to which THERE IS NONE.

Jesus, geezesss, you seem to not pay attention. I've never been a Trump supporter. I'm all for impeaching him and removing him from office, as I've stated many, many times. You're blinded to that, for some reason, although I suspect I know why.

Right off the top of my head there's only one person I think would be as bad as Trump at being President, and that's you. 🙂

I asked my question of shift because I thought that his source for his list might be a convenient, credible source for information about ongoing investigations.
