Ive seen the same thing said myself, but then if there was a video of lightening striking the block the same people would still claim it was Muslims that did it.
there was a heart breaking story this morning a man was standing outside the flats talking on his cell phone to his sister who was in one of the upper floors he asked a passing fire fighter to tell her what to do, the fire fighter told her to sit in her flat and await rescue, as he passed the phone back to the man he whispered "tell your sister that you lover her".
Apparently she was beyond any hope of rescue or escape

I think if you are in a building that 20 floors burned in less than a half hour, you must assume the firewall is not working out so well and your on your own.

As it happens, Muslims in the area were eating because it was dark and it is Ramadan. It was they who raised the alarm and helped people escape.

Re: Fire in tower block in London
Probably because they lived in the area, W10 is a posh post code, except for that area, it's bleak and rundown, not a tourist area or one you would go out for a meal. Yet just blocks away with the same zip is Holland Park, where people like Elton John and aristocrats live, it is said to have the highest cost of housing in England. Edina Monsoon lives there as well.

Re: Fire in tower block in London
Also the fire hazard levels have to include those flammability items brought into the tower, IE Furnishings. If the doors were tied or left open and a fire has access thru windows only takes a matter of minutes for a fire to expand exponentially, fire doubles in intensity every 30 seconds as per my training.
Concrete is not a defined absolute fire proof, anything as wire insulation or plastic pipe, even insulation can be flammable at a certain temperature, open air furniture is usually QUITE flammable. The problem with concrete is it has moisture inside the material, it will begin to dehydrate as low as 160 degrees F and flake away, it spalls as the internal moisture expands at boiling point(concrete is really NEVER dry), as it spalls it exposes structural steel which once exposed transitions the heat elsewhere to expand the problem.

Re: Fire in tower block in London
You may put the blame on May but she is sucking it up for the PM's that have come before her. Those tower blocks needed addressing a long time ago.
