Re: Should California be three states?
quote: Voting for Jill Stein was essentially just voting for Trump. The liberals or progressives who did so in those three states might as well have voted for Trump.
Voting for Stein was essentially making a statement that Clinton would be an intolerable president. Even worse than Trump; she is a puppet of the M.I.C. and a terrible warmonger.
Face it, American system of politics may well have been good in the 18th century but it is absolutely wrong for the 21st.

There is no way to know for sure that she would have been a terrible warmonger as president but based on her concerns about women and children and helping them that seems highly unlikely. Just based on her being a person to stand up for the rights of women puts her ahead of Trump as a political candidate.
Have you read her book, "What Happened?" It doesn't make her sound at all like a warmonger.
My view is still that if you were going to vote for Jill Stein rather than Clinton in those three key states she lost in you might just as well have voted for Trump.

What is it about the 21st Century that makes the American system wrong?

I'm not sure where you got that on Stein if you read her stance "on the issues" regarding war. There isn't much to face, it is where you end up with a codified Constitution.

Democracy occurs when the majority of the population approve of the government.
This did not occur in the last US election.
And anyway, having an executive head of state doesn't work as well as having a non-political figure-head as head of state.
It works ok in France and Germany but their system is not structured the way the US one is. But all could be improved.

Re: Should California be three states?
I'm aware of that now why did you call Stein a "war monger?"
