Not a primary choice by myself shift.
If I had imbibed to a level of requirement to not drive I would choose a cab. All too easy to get even in our little town.

There are tons of ads, TV, billboard, radio, flyers and the like in the US still those that will drink to excess or extremes will do so and not care. Same is true for cell phone users, illicit or prescribed drug abusers all run the risk of killing themselves or someone else by being stupid and riving impaired, distracted or just incapable of sensible motor vehicle operation.
