I think you are making a similar mistake to the one she made. Judging someone harshly and jumping to a conclusion without sufficient information.

If a person presents themselves in a certain way, that is how they will be judged because that is who they are.

That can make sense. That's precisely what I've done in the case of Prima Donna murderers when I've claimed that they were selfish, self-absorbed egomaniacal killers who did not care about or respect their victims. You've questioned that claim even though that is exactly how they have presented themselves by committing the crimes they committed.
When I have made similar statements about bias and sexism behind jurors treating some murderers leniently and other defendants too harshly you've suggested I couldn't know what was in the minds of the jurors or what motivated them.
How can anyone know what was in the mind of this woman and that she was not just trying to keep out a man whom she didn't know and whom she thought to be an intruder? You don't seem to be playing by your own rules, katie.

Actually that isn't what I said, I agreed there can be persons that are plain out evil, sefish but there is also a segment of mentally ill that share those traits at least to lay people and sometimes the experts. I have read the( I'll use the old defense, insanity ) is around one percent I believe there have been quite a few in jail when they should be in a mental criminal facility and no doubt some for life. There is also no doubt execution has occurred with the mentally ill and those with a very low IQ. Two states that seem consistent, Texas and Oklahoma
